How It Works
Many of you have said to us: the dashboard is great but can I pick only the features and data sets that I need and plug them into the tools we are already using in-house through an API?
Thus, in addition to our full dashboards, Viola and Carta, our API offerings will be operational starting April 15, 2019. The API model is all about you and your needs. We understand that your needs are unique.
The process:
- You get 1 API (techie speak: REST API)
- Mix ‘n Match: you decide what goes into your API packages. Pick from the following:
- Data collection: we have starter and advanced data sources updated every 4 hours.
- Analytics: machine learning algorithms, natural language processing and translation across 66 languages, georeferencing, etc.
- Threat detection: protecting people and assets from security threats globally
- Strategic communication: Experiment and track the effectiveness and performance of campaigns
- All-source intelligence: data from other disciplines
